On Nov. 11, Brown was pulled over on Interstate 80 in Salt Lake County for following another vehicle too closely, according to a police booking affidavit. A police K-9 was called to the scene to check for the possible presence of drugs. The vehicle was searched after the dog gave a positive indication of drugs. Troopers found 127 pounds of marijuana, 875 pounds of THC edibles and eight THC vape cartridges, according to charging documents. The affidavit further states that the 875 pounds of edibles consisted of approximately 4,600 packages contained in 46 boxes. A warrant was also served on Brown’s phone which revealed messages discussing drug transactions, the charges allege. The post Utah troopers seize more than 1,000 pounds of marijuana and edibles during traffic stop appeared first on East Idaho News.
