UPDATE
SHELLEY — While police say they located 10-year-old Gage Thomas safely, his mother is still wanted by authorities.
The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for Chelsi Lynn Urais, 32. She abandoned the 2007 white Ford Explorer and could be driving in a silver Audi.
When Urias allegedly took Gage, deputies pinged her cell phone which showed a location in Idaho Falls, according to Bingham County Sheriff Craig Rowland.
At some point, Urias contacted her 19-year-old son and dropped of Gage off with him. The 10-year-old was taken back to the person with custodial rights.
The Sheriff’s Office then canceled the Amber Alert for Gage.
Detectives still want to speak with Urias about this morning.

SHELLEY — The Blackfoot Police Department reports that Gage Thomas Joslin was located and is safe.

SHELLEY — The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office issued an Amber Alert after they say a child was abducted by his noncustodial mother.
Gage Thomas Joslin, 10, was last seen at 913 East 1230 North in Shelley and is considered to be in imminent danger. According to the Idaho State Police, Gage was seen being taken from the home by Chelsi Lynn Urais.
They could possibly be driving towards Idaho Falls in a 2007 white Ford Explorer with Idaho license plate 8BMG610.
Gage has brown hair, brown eyes, weighs 75 pounds and is 4’8″. He was last seen in black pants and a red shirt with a yellow logo.
Urais also has brown hair, brown eyes, weighs 155 pounds and is 5’5″. Her hair could possibly be died blue and cut short. She has multiple tattoos.
