FORT HALL — The family of Nevaeh Sanchez is asking for help locating the missing teenage girl.
Sanchez, 16, has been missing from the Fort Hall area for more than a month, according to a missing person flyer obtained by EastIdahoNews.com. The Fort Hall Police Department confirms an open missing person case, but did not provide additional information.
Sanchez, who goes by the nicknames “Veah” or “Peppa,” was last seen on Feb. 21 around 8:30 p.m. at her home in Fort Hall. She is five feet tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has straight black hair and often wears it in a bun. She was last seen wearing grey sweats, a white shirt and black coat with fur around the hood.
She wear black-framed glasses and, according to a post on the Missing juveniles and Adults Facebook page, suffers from depression.
Sanchez is known to frequent the area of the Sullivan Trailer Park in Pocatello.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Fort Hall Police at (208) 238-4000 and reference Case No. 20101711.
