Photo courtesy Doug Byrd DECLO — Emergency crews are on the scene of a crash involving a semi-truck that is partly off a bridge above Interstate 84 at Exit 226 near Declo. The semi was on Idaho Highway 25 when the driver crashed into the guardrail and continued onto the ground below, according to Idaho State Police. Photos sent to EastIdahoNews.com show the back of the truck upright in a vertical position. The crash is impacting traffic on I-84 and eastbound lanes were closed as of 1 p.m. One lane is closed on ID-25. Photo courtesy Doug Byrd Idaho Transportation Department workers are on site to assess the scene and will determine how to safely remove the semi, according to a news release. It’s unknown if anyone was injured in the crash. This is a developing story. We will update with additional details as they become available.
