IDAHO FALLS — A crash that sent at least one person to the hospital has a section of North 15th East closed north of Idaho Falls.
The crash happened around noon Wednesday, Idaho Falls Fire Department spokeswoman Kerry Hammon tells EastIdahoNews.com. The crash has 15th East closed between Iona Road and Piper Street.
Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Bryan Lovell says one woman was taken to the hospital with minor injures.
Deputies are still on scene investigating and ask people to avoid the area.
Lovell says deputies expect to have the crash cleaned up within an hour.
