The following is a news release and photo from Brigham Young University-Idaho. REXBURG — Brigham Young University-Idaho has released its official Spring 2025 enrollment numbers for both campus and online, showing an increase to its campus-based student body this semester compared to last spring. Enrollment at BYU-Idaho has continued to grow across all semesters, with increases of 2.2% last fall, 5.5% this past winter, and now a 2.0% increase this spring compared to the same semesters the previous year. Statistics released for the Spring 2025 Semester show a total enrollment of 17,058 campus-based matriculated students, which is a 2.0% increase over the Spring 2024 Semester. This number includes 12,432 campus-based students who are enrolled in face-to-face courses and 4,626 campus-based students who are enrolled in online courses and/or internships. The university estimates that approximately 14,700 students are living in Rexburg this semester. This semester, the campus-based student body consists of 8,904 male students and 8,154 female students (52% percent and 48% percent respectively). The total number of married students is 4,159, comprising 24 percent of the total campus-based student population. In addition, BYU-Idaho has 20,075 online students who are served in partnership with BYU-Pathway Worldwide. This leads to a total of 37,133 total enrolled students at BYU-Idaho. BYU-Idaho continues to develop disciples of Jesus Christ who are leaders in their homes, the Church, and their communities by integrating its unique student and academic emphasis that includes: the teaching focus of its faculty, the opportunity to gather with other students who share common values, the university’s focus on real-world preparation, and a high-value educational experience.
