Owner Brian Manwaring showed me that a whole operation of beautiful and delicious chocolate is being made! I learned how to make a luscious cherry cordial and package various sweets for sale. His wife Michelle, also an owner, is a certified chocolatier and showed me how to hand-dip chocolate, which is no easy feat.
