IDAHO FALLS – It’s Week 3 for winter state championships with the boys basketball state tournaments converging on the Boise area beginning Thursday. Eastern Idaho will be represented by 14 teams, with Preston earning the top seed in 5A. Snake River in 4A, Firth in 3A and Rockland in 1A are each seeded second.
