According to a news release from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Cutler Strong, 24, is suspected of shooting his 46-year-old relative Monday night. Charged have not yet been filed. According to the release, dispatch received a call around 9 p.m., stating that a 24-year-old man had shot a 46-year-old man. When deputies arrived, they found the victim had been shot multiple times and administered first aid. The victim was transported to a local hospital via Air Idaho, his status is unknown. Strong was transported to a local hospital by law enforcement. “Early evidence shows that the two men are family members and were having an argument that turned physical,” says the release. “The investigation is continuing, and there is no danger to the community.” Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank Air Idaho, Rigby QRU, and Central Fire and Ambulance for their assistance with this case.The post Rigby man arrested after allegedly shooting relative appeared first on East Idaho News.
