HIBBARD — Fall River Electric crews will be replacing a power pole in the Hibbard area Monday that was destroyed by fire over the weekend.
The pole was ruined “due to careless ditch burning,” according to Fall River Marketing Manager Ted Austin.
Electricity will be off for about two hours starting at 1 p.m. Affected members have been notified by a pre-recorded phone message.
