HEYBURN — A plane crashed into a potato processing plant Wednesday morning in central Idaho.
It happened around 8:35 a.m. at Gem State Processing in Heyburn. The 2013 fixed-wing single-engine Cessna 208B registered to Spirit Air, Inc. in Salmon crashed into the building and appears to have flipped over on the roof.
Multiple agencies responded and remain on the scene as of 1 p.m.
Authorities have not released whether anyone was hurt or killed in the crash.
The Heyburn Police Department is planning to release further information about the crash soon.
