Quill is our Pet of the Week. His breed was not specified, but he is 1-year-old. Romi Weaver, operations manager at the Snake River Animal Shelter in Idaho Falls, says he is “shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he’s your best friend.” Quill interacts well with other dogs and kids, but staff aren’t sure how he is with cats.
