The Mountain View Network has a team of nurses who offer care management services between appointments that can help: ● Provide preventive health guidance. ● Manage ongoing conditions. ● Explain follow-up treatments. ● Assist with nutrition, transportation, and other well-being needs. 2. Referral Coordination Mountain View Network referral coordinators help patients save money by keeping them in-network. If in-network care isn’t available, they work to arrange an exception so patients can still receive care at in-network rates. 3. A Powerful Network with a Wide Range of Choices ● All Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital providers. ● Partner clinics across specialties, including orthopedics, neurology, oncology, nephrology, pulmonology, and more. ● Additional recruited physicians outside the system to expand patient choice. 4. Designed to Save Idahoans Money ● Lower monthly premiums. ● Negotiated reduced costs for services. ● In-network coverage designed to keep more money in patients’ pockets. Have questions?
