Zion National Park | File photo ZION NATIONAL PARK (KSL.com) — A hiker was found dead in Zion National Park on Sunday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. Authorities received a call at 7:06 a.m. reporting the “possible fall of a hiker,” the sheriff’s office said. A hiker, only described as a male, was found on the Canyon Overlook Trail and was confirmed dead at 7:40 a.m., authorities said. No other details were released.
