The following is a news release from the Seventh Judicial District.
The Seventh Judicial District Magistrates Commission will meet in Bonneville County on Dec. 8 to select a new magistrate judge to replace the Honorable Michelle R. Mallard, who will be leaving the bench effective Nov. 30.
Fourteen (14) applications have been received for the position of Bonneville County Magistrate Judge. The applicants (in alphabetical order) are:
H. ALAYNE BEAN – 7th Judicial District Deputy Trial Court Administrator, Idaho Falls, Idaho
NATHAN D. ADAMS – Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Kootenai County, Idaho
SCOTT J. DAVIS – Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Bonneville County, Idaho
JOHN C. DEWEY – Prosecutor for the City of Idaho Falls, Idaho
LEE J. FISHER – Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Elmore County, Idaho
JASON C. GUSTAVES – Deputy Public Defender for Bonneville County, Idaho
R. WILLIAM HANCOCK – Attorney for Farm Bureau Insurance in Pocatello, Idaho
IAN C. JOHNSON – Deputy City Attorney, City of Pocatello, Idaho
PENELOPE NORTH-SHAUL – Acting Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Bonneville County, Idaho
TYLER J. RANDS – Attorney with Rands Law, PLLC in Twin Falls, Idaho
TAWNYA RAWLINGS – Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Fremont County, Idaho
BRAD L. RIGBY – Deputy Public Defender for Bonneville County, Idaho
