Thunder is our Pet of the Week. Romi Weaver, operations manager at the Snake River Animal Shelter in Idaho Falls, did not specify his breed. But he is 18-months-old. He’s one of the shelter favorites. He’s excitable and friendly. Weaver says he’d do well in a home with kids and other dogs. They aren’t sure how he’d act around cats.
