IDAHO FALLS — Emergency crews are the scene of a single-vehicle crash at the off ramp from Interstate 15 on to U.S. Highway 20. Law enforcement are asking motorists to avoid the area if possible.
The crahs is affecting traffic in the outside northbound lane of US-20, Jessica Clements, spokesperson for the Idaho Falls Police Department, tells EastIdahoNews.com.
It is unclear at this time how many people were injured.
“Idaho State Police, the Idaho Falls Fire Department and tow truck personnel are working in the roadway,” Karry Hammon, spokeswoman for the Idaho Falls Fire Department, says.
Authorities are asking motorists to slow down and use extreme caution as the first responders work.
